Tell us when we get it wrong.
Your feedback makes us better, and raising a concern will never affect the help you receive. You can write in English, Turkish or another language, and anonymous complaints are accepted.
- Tell us by email at [EMAIL], by phone at [PHONE], or in person.
- We acknowledge it within 3 business days.
- We look into it through someone who was not involved. A concern about a board member goes to the board chair.
- We reply in writing within 30 days with what we found and what we will change.
- Still not satisfied? Ask our full board to review the decision.
Concerns about a child’s or vulnerable adult’s safety are handled the same day under our safeguarding policy.
